Lawrence Oguejiofor

Lawrence Oguejiofor is an accomplished Human Resource Development professional, Project Management practitioner, organizational leadership consultant, and academic facilitator with extensive experience in professional education, capacity development, and institutional leadership. He is passionate about developing competent professionals and equipping organizations with practical systems that improve performance, productivity, and sustainable growth.

He holds a Master's degree in Information Technology and has facilitated numerous professional development programmes spanning Human Resource Management, Project Management, Leadership Development, Executive Public Speaking, Employability Skills, Digital Transformation, and Workplace Excellence. His multidisciplinary background enables him to bridge people, process and technology in ways that deliver lasting organizational impact.

Lawrence serves as the Director of Training at the Software and Management Professional Institute of Nigeria (SMPIN), where he contributes to the design and delivery of industry relevant professional certification programmes. He is also the Founding Executive Director of School of D'Essence, a capacity development institution committed to raising competent professionals through practical learning, leadership development, and life transforming education.

Beyond the professional space, he is the Lead Steward of The Transformation Hub (The Forge Tribe), where he leads young people on a journey of discovery, development, and deployment, empowering them to maximize their potentials, provide solutions to society, and make meaningful impact in their generation.

Over the years, he has trained students, graduates, educators, entrepreneurs, civil servants, and corporate professionals, helping them acquire practical competencies for career advancement, organizational effectiveness, and leadership excellence.
