Stanley Nwadike (Ph.D.)

Stanley Nwadike (Ph.D.) is a passionate lover of learning and impact. He is one of those championing the audacity for an excellence-driven mindset among students and youths alike, believing strongly that everyone has what it takes to become better.

He holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN), Nigeria, where his research has focused on benchmarking strategies for improved organisational performance. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School, where he underwent a diploma programme on leading change. To further enhance his teaching prowess, he successfully completed a diploma in the Executive Teachers Programme of the Institute for Work and Family Integration of the prestigious Lagos Business School.

The dividends of these trainings have made him an outstanding teacher, public speaker, counsellor, and award-winning author of repute. He has conducted various research and contributed to numerous international publications in the field of management. With four published books and various journals and articles to his credit, Dr. Nwadike continues to shape conversations around leadership, performance, and transformation.
